Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING time is 24 hours after the order is placed. Once you place an order it takes us 24 hours for the payment to clear and the order to get processed. After 24 hours of placing the order, you can either pick it up (if you chose in-store pick-up) or expect a tracking number if you chose to ship it.
IN-STORE PICK UP is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our store located at 7238 Wynnwood Ln, Unit B, Houston, TX 77008.

SHIPPING occurs 24 hours after an order is processed during business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day and shipped the next day.
We use different carriers depending on your order size, and delivery address. Please note that some products will be shipped in two individual packages, the carrier may separate packages causing boxes to be delivered at different times or days. Some carriers could require a signature.
